BHMS Points break down
We are using this points system to get the points battle tight and competitive through out the season and nobody can be a part-timer And run just a few races and place higher than someone who has been at every race.
The fastest Qualifying lap from either the A main or B main race with get 1 bonus point for taking the pole. For example if the pole sitter in the A race has a faster lap speed than the pole sitter in the B race he will get the bonus point If the pole sitter in the B race has a faster lap than the pole sitter in the A race he will get the bonus point.
Every person who leads a lap during the race will receive 1 bonus point.
The person who leads the most laps between both races will get 1 bonus point Example a driver leads 60 laps in the A race and a Driver in the B race leads 61 laps The driver in the B race will get the bonus point for leading the most laps and for leading a lap And the driver in the A race will receiver a bonus point for leading a lap only.
The person who has the fastest lap will receive 1 bonus point. Example: If a driver in the B race has a faster lap than the any driver in the A race He will receive the bonus point for having the fastest lap of the race.
In other words both races will be combined after they are run in to one race result and the winner of the A race will get credit for Winning the combined results and the winner of the B race will be credited for finishing second.
The points for each race breaks down as follows:
A-main
1st place will receive 25 pts plus any bonus points then the points drop 1 point each position until the 20th position who will receive 6 pt plus any bonus points.
B-main
1st place will receive 20 pts plus any bonus points then the points drop 1 point each position until the 20th position who will receive 1 pt plus any bonus points.
