Replay fix:

Firstly run regedit (start button -> run -> type in REGEDIT).
Look for  LOCAL MACHINE.
Go into that and look for SOFTWARE.
Then look for EA SPORTS.
Delete Superbikes 2000 folder (or if you only have one EA game installed and showing in
there then delete the whole folder called EA SPORTS.
Once that is done, put this REGISTRY FILE into the EA superbikes folder (wherever you
installed it) and double click it.
You will have to set-up your controls and graphics again,but replays should now work.
If you have problems, repeat this process.
